Profile: Users may upload a profile photo and write a bio or other content. You grant Trail Magic a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and perform the content in connection with the service's operation and promotion.
Content Restrictions: You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Your use of Trail Magic is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Trail Magic and protected by international copyright laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Trail Magic without prior notice for any reason, including if we believe that you have breached these T&C.
In no event shall Patrick Noonan, or his affiliates, agents, or licensors, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
